I was listening to Marc Andreessen at Lenny's the other day, a very nice episode. It gives a perspective of how business and VCs see AI.

Andreessen made a point around Cowork, paraphrised: Cowork was built in a week and a half and that's amazing. On the other hand, Cowork was built in a week and a half", referring to the complexity and the relevance of that fact as a data point.

It made me think if velocity of building things is relevant in non business context? A "weekend project" starts to get a different meaning but does it matter if our growth is capped by our growth potential and our marketing skills still suck? With this efficiency we will be coming faster to the realization of being able to build but not knowing how to turn a product into a business.

As added value I am seeing a lot of posts from marketing experts reporting waste in the marketing department. I'd be very curious to see how much of this data actually comes from people that have built something and think that putting money to the problem will solve the problem.
